ICT Austria Jewels Award Ceremony

On September 26, 2023, Vienna shone in special splendor when the annual ICT event took place at the event location "Juwel Wien". This evening was organized and used by ICT Austria - Center for Business Technology to honor and award projects in the field of "Sustainable Digitalization".
...And among the lucky winners was also us, ilvi GmbH.
The "eliPfad" study, in which we are actively involved, convinced the jury and was awarded the "Digital Jewel". A moment we are very proud of and which further advances our mission to improve healthcare in the home environment.
eliPfad: A pathway to better home care
eliPfad is more than a study - it is an innovative approach to optimize home care for older people with multiple chronic conditions. The goal of the German study is to minimize repeat hospitalizations through intelligent, cross-sector care in the home environment. With eliPfad, we create a bridge between the different sectors of the healthcare system and enable seamless care that focuses on older, multimorbid patients.

Receiving the "Digital Jewel" award shows us that we are on the right track. The solution developed together with the consortium partners has the potential to improve people's lives by making care in the home environment more efficient and patient-centric. We are determined to continue on this path and actively shape the future of healthcare.
